Policies

    • All rates are subjected to 10% service charge, 5% VAT and 2% Kano state Tourism Development.
    • All rooms service would attract 10% of normal day
    • The checkout time is 02:00PM (GMT) of the following day
    • Checkout after 020:00PM (GMT) attracts 50% of normal charge and full room rates after 06:00PM
    • No room charge for children under 18yrs occupying same as adult and using existing bed
    • We shall require all reservation to be confirmed, ass we may not be able to provide rooms for unconfirmed reservation after 06:00PM on the date of check-in
    • Confirmed reservation with "Non-arrival guest" will be charged full rate if not canceled 24hrs prior to arrival
